He has spent the past 15 years creating jobs and managing a small business and currently serves as President of the Hot Springs Title Company. He is steadfast in his believes and wants to continue to make Arkansas values a priority by creating jobs and growing our local economy, preserving conservative family values, and upholding our constitutional freedoms.

For the past 20 years, he has used his business experience and leadership skills to serve on the Downtown Development Strategy Task Force, National Park Rotary Club, National Park Community College Foundation Board, Greater Hot Springs Education Council, and Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation among other programs. In 2011, he was named Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year, and in 2014, The Sentinel Record named him the Reader’s Choice Man of the Year. Warren is a devoted husband and father of two sons. He currently lives in Hot Springs with his wife, Pam, and attends First Baptist Church.
